Vivian B. Michalic Assistant Director (Office of Management)/CFO Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) U.S. Department of Justice Vivian B. Michalic was appointed to the Chief Financial Officer for ATF in September 2010. In her current capacity she also serves as the Deputy Assistant Director for the Office of Management. She has direct supervision over three divisions, Financial Management, Logistics and Acquisitions and Asset Forfeiture and Seized Property. Vivian was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in 2006. Ms. Michalic received a BA in General Business Administration from the Catholic University of America and received a Certificate in Financial Management from the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.
