Jonathan Crutcher is a Vice President in CACI’s Enterprise Solutions and Services (ESS) Business Group. His practice focuses on delivering Oracle ERP integration services to Federal Shared Service Providers (FSSP) and their customers. Prior to that he was a partner at KPMG LLP and IBM Federal Consulting where he led numerous enterprise and multi-national ERP implementations. Jonathan led the internal development of CACI’s financials, procurement, and projects shared services commercial offering and has more than 25 years of enterprise COTS and custom implementation experience with public sector, Fortune 500, and higher education clients. Jonathan holds a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University. Jonathan has published several articles on ERP implementations; he maintains a PMP and is an ITIL Expert.
