Holly Robedeau Williams, MBA, PMP, serves as a Program Manager in the Office of Financial Innovation & Transformation/Department of the Treasury where she guides CFO-Act agencies through the implementation of shared services for financial management. Holly was instrumental in developing the FAME framework, now the best practice standard process for agencies moving to shared services. She has over 20 years of experience in Federal financial management, specializing in IT capital planning. Before joining Treasury, Holly worked at the Department of Health and Human Services where she received the Secretary’s Award for Distinguished Service.
