Kathie is the leader of the National Grants Management and Recovery practice within Advisory’s Strategic Risk Services Market Offering where she oversees grant management and crisis recovery related services for a wide variety of clients across the country. She has more than 28 years of experience leading financial, performance, and crisis related transformation projects for state and local governments and other public sector entities such as college and universities, school districts, public hospitals, and not-for-profit institutions. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2001, Kathie spent 13½ years working for the Texas State Auditor’s Office (SAO) where she served as Special Assistant to the State Auditor and the Federal Single Audit Coordinator.
