Mr. Mark Rose is a member of the Senior Executive Service currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations/Comptroller for the U.S. Coast Guard in Washington, D.C. providing executive level oversight for the financial management, accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions of the Coast Guard. He holds Master of Business Administration and Master of Accounting and Financial Management Degrees. Mr. Rose is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager. He is a recipient of the 2011 Department of Homeland Security Heritage Award for Outstanding Career Achievement in Financial Management.
