Mr. Rice is a project manager for Sargent & Lundy in the fossil power technologies division. He served as the engineering manager for Qurayyah IPP and Mechanical Lead Engineer for UHP. He has 20 years experience in the power industry and has participated in a number of gas fired power projects during this time. Mr. Rice received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois and Oklahoma.
