Dale Probasco is a Managing Director in the Energy Practice at Navigant. Mr. Probasco has over 35 years of experience in managerial and consulting positions in the electric utility and construction industries. He joined Navigant in 1989 and has served over 50 clients. Mr. Probasco is currently leading the Global Generation Services group within Navigant and is responsible for Navigant’s plant operational performance measurement tool, the Generation Knowledge Service (GKS). His professional career includes work with investor-owned utilities (IOUs), independent power producers (IPPs), cooperatives, and public power entities. Mr. Probasco has applied his expertise to a broad range of assignments, from developing corporate and business unit strategy, managing plant construction, developing and implementing generation asset management programs, improving power plant operations for fossil, hydro and nuclear plants, power plant staffing and operational excellence.
