Mr Ivan Das is investment manager at the Rabobank Project Finance head office in the Netherlands. Rabobank’s Project Finance team (PF) has a global presence and a strong focus on the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors and also serves her corporate and food and agribusiness (F&A) clients. The team is responsible for advising, structuring and arranging complex project finance transactions. Rabobank is a major financier of offshore wind projects, but is also engaged in onshore wind, solar, biomass and geothermal energy projects. Projects eligible for project finance solutions in Food and Agribusiness can be found in waste-to-energy & recycling, processing industry, warehouse & storage facilities and projects with a clear renewable energy association. Mr. Das gained his professional experiences primarily in the Dutch (mid market) corporate, real estate and project finance banking environment for the past twenty years. The last eight years he is advising on, and financing, renewable energy projects, mainly in (PV) solar, waste-to-energy, renewable district network heating and geothermal energy.
