Brian Allan is a Managing Director of the commercial and dispute resolution firm QSI Consultancy Group and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor over 25 years of construction industry experience covering Europe, the Far East and the Middle East. In addition to being a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an Accredited Mediator with Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He has represented both public and private sector clients in the prosecution and defence of construction claims, and in conciliation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration proceedings. Brian is also an RICS assessor, an experienced trainer and speaker, and has acted as an expert witness. He is currently providing consulting services in relation to both European nuclear new build projects and the U.A.E nuclear program.
