Prof Gheorghiu graduated the Energetics Faculty of Polytechnic University in Bucharest. Since 1992 and 2014 he was General Manager of ISPE. In 2000 became Ph D. Chairman if ISPE. Personal Councellor for energy of Prime Minister of Romania
