Mr. Marian Żmija is CEO Plenipotentiary for Turów Power Plant at Energoprojekt Katowice (EPK) Poland - an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Office. He has over 45 years of engineering and project managing experience in power generation systems and power generation technology. Mr. Żmija was General Engineer and Project Manager on such large power plants as Turów, Łagisza and a range of thermal and power plants such as Panewniki, Piekary. He is also an advisor for preparation of investment project and selection of a contractor to built a new unit in Turów (Lignite fired) of PGE. In 2013 he prepared a Feasibility Study for installation of two DUOBLOK units of 460-500 MW class in Dolna Odra Power Plant.
