Siemens AG
Henning Schramm is an engineer in R&D of the fossil power generation segment of Siemens AG, Germany. After his PhD in process engineering in 2004 he joined Siemens AG in Frankfurt am Main as a project engineer for process simulation and design of equipment for chemical plants. In 2007 his focus changed to emission reduction processes in power plants. Since that time he contributed to the development of Siemens’ carbon capture process “PostCap” as a lead process engineer. Within his work and his collaboration in the DECHEMA expert committee “Gasreinigung” Henning gathered considerable experience in emission reduction technologies such as carbon capture processes, ab- and adsorption processes or catalytic conversion processes.
