He was graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University. After, he started to work in Prime Ministry Office as an expert, in total 14 years. He worked for the Head of Economic and Financial Affairs, General Directorate of Legislation Development and Publication, and lastly Head of Administrative Development in Prime Ministry Office. In 2010, he was assigned to work in the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources for the General Directorate of Foreign Relations and EU. Since 2011, he worked as Head of Nuclear Energy Project Implementation Department (NEPIO) to conduct Akkuyu and Sinop Nuclear Power Plant Projects and to prepare nuclear power infrastructure programme. In March 2015, he has been assigned as Deputy Undersecretary for the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. He studied master's degree in Management Studies at Exeter University in the UK in 2007. Currently, he is continuing PhD Program in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Hacettepe University.
