Mr. Staedtler started his professional career at Alstom Power in 2000 as commissioning engineer and later in the developemt department for GT24/26 engines. He then joined Siemens Power Generation in 2005, first responsible for the gas turbine scope in offers for 50Hz GTPPs, mainly SGT5-4000F and SGT5-2000E. In 2008 he became Product Line Manager for 50Hz gas turbines. In 2011 he became 8000H program manager, responsible for all R&D activities around the 8000H product line - of course the gas turbine but also including the corresponding generators, steam turbines and auxiliaries.
