Mr. Leue has over 30 years of experience in the planning and design of freight transportation infrastructure. He has a BS in Engineering from California State University of Long Beach and is a Registered Civil Engineer in California. He has worked at Parsons since 2003 with the title, Director of Port and Intermodal Development. Mr. Leue’s experience in port and railroad facilities ranges from master planning to final design at ports throughout the country and internationally. He has recently led the design of the first wide-span rail-mounted gantry crane intermodal yards in the on-dock environment with projects at Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach and Port of Oakland.
