Zach Hartjes, P.E., is a Project Manager for HDR’s railroad business group in Minneapolis with over 10 years of civil engineering experience. He has project experience on various Class I capcity projects, yard expansions, industry designs, and port capacity expansions. Zach received his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his MBA from the University of Minnesota.
