Scott Diercks, Product Development Manager at Loram Maintenance of Way, has more than 20 years of progressively responsible experience managing New Product Launches, Equipment Operations, and Special Projects. Scott has spent 5 years in his current role as Product Development Manager. In this role, his understanding of the rail industry and its challenges both domestically and internationally, equipment design and operation, and experience in operational challenges have proven instrumental in developing new products and improving existing product lines. Scott has a Bachelor in Business Administration and Finance from College of St. Scholastica and is pursuing his MBA at St. Cloud State University (2016 expected). Scott is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association (AREMA), and is certified in Lean Product Development.
