Mr. Tosolt is a registered professional engineer and has 22 years of experience engaging in the design, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and operational testing of machinery with a bias for movable bridge operating systems. Mr. Tosolt is professionally licensed in 11 states and has worked on hundreds of movable bridges across the nation which cover the spectrum of movable bridge types and vintages including both highway and rail bridges. Mr. Tosolt was in responsible charge of the engineering effort associated with this project from the scoping inspection through construction support. Mr. Tosolt has been a member of AREMA since 2008 and has presented at prior conferences.
