Mr. Rickey Green is an experienced transportation practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in the following transportation industry sectors: Signal Engineering & Supply, Regulatory Safety & Enforcement, Commuter & Light Rail Operations, and Consultancy. Mr. Green’s academic accomplishments include a Master’s Degree in Transportation Management from American Public University, and a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Applied Sciences and Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has worked as part of multiple Systems Integration and Stat-up management teams, include Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Edmonton South LRT, both Austin, Trinity Railway Express Commuter Rail projects, Atlanta Streetcar Project. Additionally, his experience includes work as an FTA Project Management Oversight Consultant (PMOC) for major projects to include: Fort Worth “TexRail”, Boston Green Line, Austin Capital Metro Bus Rapid Transit, the subject New Orleans Streetcar Project.
