Randy is VP and Chief Engineer- Rail for HNTB with more than 37 years of experience in the rail industry. Randy is currently the Deputy PM/ Design Lead for the MBTA $1.99 billion Green Line Extension Project in Boston, Ma. Prior to this he served as deputy project manager for the CTA Wilson Street Station reconstruction in Chicago and he served as corridor project manager for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s high speed rail project between Watertown and Madison, WI. Prior to joining HNTB, Randy served as vice president of engineering at Canadian Pacific/Dakota Minnesota & Eastern (DM&E), Operations Director for English Welsh and Scottish Railway in the UK and Chief Engineer for the Wisconsin Central Railroad. Randy has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
