Mr. Pinske is a geotechnical engineer with 3½ years of experience. His experience thus far has been in embankments and cuts for double track projects, deep foundations for railroad bridges, and retaining walls. His recent work has been in the areas of railroad tunnel liner repair for “Rails to Trails” projects, as well as field exploration and investigation and construction inspection. He has assisted in providing geotechnical recommendations for these projects as well as drawings and specifications.
