Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. As Director of Construction for Metra, Joe is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling construction activities of track and related structures for Metra in Chicago, Illinois. Since joining Metra in 2004, Joe has managed dozens of construction projects throughout the Metra’s system including bridges, retaining walls, stations, and mechanical facilities. Prior to joining Metra he was employed by the Kiewit Corporation as a construction engineer and project manager. Joe was responsible for the construction of the CREATE P1 Project for Metra.
