Jeff Jones is a licensed engineer and project manager with Bartlett & West, a Topeka, Kansas-based engineering and technology solutions firm. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. He holds professional engineering licenses in the states of Kansas, Missouri, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Wyoming. During his 15 years at Bartlett & West, he has led site planning and infrastructure improvement project teams in multiple states. He prides himself in developing quality client relationships that deliver solutions and results that best meet their goals and exceed their expectations. His position at Bartlett & West allows him to manage projects that include programs such as the Industry Track Concepts and Long Range Plan Project Ignition for BNSF, Utility Crossing Permitting and Construction Observation for Kansas City Southern, and Industry Track design projects for his private industry and economic development clients. Away from work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly, 4-year-old Charlie and 6-year-old Parker Grace. And, if there is any time left, you will find him in the field chasing deer, turkey, wild pigs or birds.
