Doug Kolb is Vice President of OCCI, Inc. He graduated from the University of Missouri – Rolla in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Weld Inspector. Doug has served in a variety of roles during his career at OCCI, including Project Engineer, Quality Control Manager, and Project Manager. His experience includes complex bridge repair and replacements, lock and dam and spillway rehabilitations and marine construction. Doug currently leads and manages OCCI’s Estimating Department and oversees the in-house engineering design as well as serving as Project Manager on multiple projects.
