Gene Davis is a Senior Railway Engineer for Stantec Consulting, where he has worked for the last 3-½ years. Gene joined Stantec after 10 years with R.L. Banks & Associates, Inc. and 18 years with Norfolk Southern Corporation. While with NS, he worked 10 years in the Track Department and 8 years in the B&B Department, all of which was in the field. He is a Past Chairman and member of Committee 18 (Light Density & Short Line Railways) as well as a member of Committee 12 (Rail Transit). Gene currently resides in the Atlanta area with his wife Susan.
