John Eastman – Project Engineering Manager, has 25 years experience in electric utility system protection, circuit breakers, substation maintenance, and on-line monitoring. John holds a BSEE and Masters in Teaching from the University of Maine. John serves in the IEEE Standards Association in the areas of SF6-filled equipment and circuit breaker on-line monitoring. John has also worked with Doble Engineering, Hawker Siddeley (Whipp & Bourne) Switchgear, and as a math educator in the Florida public schools.
