Dallas Richards is from TranSystems’ Charleston office and has nearly 20 years of experience in the railroad industry. His experience primarily includes structural design and inspection of railway bridges and tunnels, but also includes track alignment design and related facilities. He is a member of AREMA’s Committee 24 and is a Past President of that Committee.
