Dale Hein is the newly appointed Rail Systems Manager at Hatch Mott MacDonald Ltd. (HMM), based in Calgary. Prior to joining HMM this past year, Dale was with Canadian National for 27 years where he worked in Dispatch Systems, Systems Engineering, S&C Standards, Signal Design and was the Senior Manager S&C, Positive Train Control Regulation and Testing. He has been active with American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association since 1999 and is a member of Committees 36 and 37.
