T. Chris Evensen, P.E., AVP, is ARCADIS’ Rail Facilities Practice Leader. Mr. Evensen has been serving the North America’s freight rail industry for 25 years. Mr. Evensen holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering. Mr. Evensen is currently Chair of AREMA committee 14 – Yards & Terminals and member of Committee 6 – Building & Facilities.
