Jay Baillargeon is a Senior Engineer & Project Manager for the Transportation Technology Center, Inc. in Pueblo, Colorado. Jay currently manages the joint AAR/FRA research initiative on Heavy Axle Load Revenue Service Testing at the Western and Eastern Mega Sites. He holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics / Biomedical Engineering and a M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, both from Colorado State University. Jay is an active member of AREMA Committee 2 – Track Measuring Systems.
