Keith Holt is the Deputy Chief Engineer in charge of Communications & Signals at Amtrak, a position he has held for over 20 years. He is the sub-committee chairman of AREMA Committee 37-3 and has served as a director on the AREMA board of Directors for the past 3 years. He also serves on two Transportation Research Board (TRB) Committees.
