Phil Pasterak currently serves as WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff’s East Regional Manager for Rail and Transit, and is Program Manager for the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Chicago-St. Louis high speed rail corridor program. He has also has held leadership roles in the development of freight, passenger, and transit projects throughout much of the United States, and for a precedent-setting national rail signal program in the United Kingdom.
