Ronald Tsolis is program manager at Railinc Corp.. Railinc has become a leading technology organization serving the freight rail industry with a customer-focused culture, a progressive, results-oriented work force and leading technology infrastructure. Tsolis has 25 years of experience in logistics and transportation management with a focus on information technology applications to support business priorities. Prior to joining Railinc, he was director of customer programs for Midway Airlines where he led the development and management of online reservation systems and loyalty programs. He has been a past consultant for airlines in support of their marketing and sales objectives, and has held key leadership positions at Cheaptickets.com and US Airways. Tsolis currently supports work to coordinate the application of information technology solutions and processes to address the rail network challenges related to asset health. He previously managed the Umler system for Railinc, managed the introduction of the railroad industry's component tracking capabilities, and has managed component and equipment related products and projects to increase railroad safety and reliability. Tsolis holds a bachelor's of science degree in business logistics from Penn State University.
