Randall Thomure is an adviser to the rail industry specializing in all mechanical aspects of rail cars including engineering design, maintenance and fleet management. Mr. Thomure has a long history in the rail transportation industry starting with a Class I railroad, three major rail car leasing companies and two rail car builders. While at the railcar leasing companies, he led the engineering, maintenance and operations groups. At the car builders, he lead international engineering teams and held marketing/business development roles.
