Tom Rueschhoff is a professional civil engineer in the state of Indiana and is currently a Rail Project Manager in the Multimodal Rail Office with the Indiana Department of Transportation in Indianapolis, a position he has held for the past 3 years. Tom joined INDOT in 2007 where he was the Senior Railroad Engineer. Prior to working for the state, he has 14 years’ experience as a project engineer as a design consultant, and also spent 10 years as a Regional Engineer for a pipe manufacturing company. Tom worked for the Missouri Pacific Railroad as a co-op student while attending college. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology.
