Carol Ravano, Senior Associate, is the company-wide manager of the McMillen Jacobs Associates Railroad Engineering and CM Group and has 24 years of geotechnical and civil engineering experience; Carol specializes in the design and management of railroad geotechnical and tunnel rehabilitation projects, many of which have been constructed under live track conditions. She was the project manager for McMillen Jacobs’ geotechnical investigation, and armoring and pile design for the Lakeside Bridge Project.
