Mr. Lance Rasnake is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Tennessee and holds professional engineering licenses in multiple states. He has over fifteen years of water resources and construction engineering experience. For the past twelve years, Lance has served as a senior project manager with Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. in the Knoxville, TN and Jacksonville, FL offices. Throughout his career, he has been involved with engineering and environmental permitting on a variety of railroad projects.
