David P. Carrier has worked for the past 31 years in the packaged pumping systems and plumbing markets. He started as an independent representative in 1984, calling on engineers and contractors, and his many local Chapter presentations have been heard by thousands of ASPE members nationwide. As one who understands and enjoys discussing plumbing design and its future, he is the hands-on Director for all engineering, sales, and marketing of QuantumFlo, Inc. of DeBary, Florida in addition to being its Chief Executive Officer.
