Mr. Hovatter has more than 30 years’ experience in project and construction management, maintenance and operations and construction operation and civil engineering. He is the Chief Facilities Executive for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) where he is responsible for managing the $27 billion school construction and modernization program.
