Kimberley Linser began her career at the Santa Clara Valley Water District (District) in 1996. At that time, Kimberley was hired as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal in the District’s General Counsel’s Office. Kimberley currently serves as a Contract Analyst in the Consultant Contracts Services Unit. In this capacity Kimberley assists the project managers with the development of the request for proposal/evaluation package for the procurement of consultant services, reviews consultant solicitation package prior to publishing; facilitates the pre-evaluation/evaluation processes, and assists with the development and finalization of the contract prior to award. Prior to joining the District Kimberley worked for the Office of the Federal Public Defender’s Office in San Jose, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and in a private employment law office. Kimberley holds a Paralegal Certificate from UC Santa Cruz Extension, and is a State of California Fulltime Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Teaching Credential in Finance & Business.
