Mr. Wehner is General Counsel of Massman Construction Co., a heavy civil marine general contractor specializing in building bridges, floodwalls and locks and dams. He has over 25 years’ experience in the E&C industry in senior legal and operational positions. Mr. Wehner previously served as General Counsel for Black & Veatch’s Gas, Oil & Chemical Division and he has extensive experience in major domestic and international energy, petrochemical, water/wastewater and transportation projects for private and public clients using all forms of project delivery methods and project finance ventures, including concessions, public/private partnerships and design build.
