Jim Donahue has over 25 years of experience handling construction industry claims and litigation. Currently, Jim is Vice President, Chief Counsel Litigation, at HDR, Inc., where he is responsible for all claims and litigation globally. Prior to HDR, Jim managed claims and litigation at Arcadis, US and CH2M Hill. He also served as interim General Counsel at Arcadis, US. Before moving in-house, Jim was a partner at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP.
