Ericson P. Kimbel is a partner in Reed Smith’s Pittsburgh office focusing on energy-related construction litigation, nuclear energy construction, federal government contracting and project counseling for national and international construction companies. Eric’s experience includes litigation of matters related to nuclear facility construction, pipeline and oil and gas construction projects, science and medical facilities, and international and domestic procurement disputes. He also litigates and counsels on construction projects of all types, including industrial, commercial and heavy highway matters. Eric routinely counsels owners, prime contractors, design-builders, construction managers and subcontractors during all phases of construction.
