ESP and ESP PLUS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FALL and WINTER 2017
Minus33 is pleased to announce the details for our 2017 Fall and Winter Early Season Purchase ESP and Early Season Purchase Plus ESP+ programs. These programs are for receipt of detailed confirmed early orders and prompt invoice payment as per terms listed below for Minus33 Dealers.
ESP and ESP+ programs are stand alone programs and the discounts cannot be combined with any other Minus33 programs / discounts.
ESP+ 7% discount program is specific to Preseason Orders received before February 21, 2017.
ESP 6% discount program is specific to Preseason Orders received after February 21, 2017 and before April 1, 2017.
ESP and ESP+ Discounts and Terms
ESP+ Terms: 7% Net 90 days
ESP Terms: 6% Net 90 days
FOB: Ashland, NH 03217
Reorder Terms: Normal List price Net 30 days – Quantity Discount can apply
Minimum: To receive discount and above terms - $1000 minimum
MAP Policy: MAP violations according to our current MAP policy in place may also cause forfeiture of any discount programs being extended.
Credit Card: Credit Card payments will be subject to a loss of 1% of any discount being extended.
2016 Fall / Winter PRESEASON DELIVERY PROGRAM
Orders requesting and completing Fall and Winter 2016 must be received complete and detailed by 2/21/2017 for the ESP+ program and 4/1/2016 for the ESP program.
Orders can be specified for delivery between July 1, 2017 and March 21, 2018.
Account balance must be within terms at time of receipt of order for order to be accepted. Account balance must be within terms at time of shipment for order to be shipped.
