300 ROOM NIGHTS
$3 PER ROOM
• New groups only. Minimum of 300 room nights.
•Receive $3 per room off the master bill up to $3,000 max.
•First come, first served with total promotion payout limited to $10,000.
•RFP’s must be received by December 31, 2015.
•RFP’s must be signed by June 30, 2016.
•Groups must materialize prior to June 15, 2017.
•Meet Chicago Northwest hotels only.
•MCNW must be allowed to forward or be copied in with the hotel.
•The organization must not have booked a group in the Chicago Northwest Region within the past three years.
•Only one meeting per organization.
•The payment, based on group pick-up, will be sent to the partner hotel to be credited to the master bill.
•Cannot be combined with other MCNW promotions.
