We typically interview, hire, select and train labor based on the skills they possess. However, problems in the field are primarily based on character—how they do the job. In other words, employees are hired for what they know, and fired for who they are. In this session, Mack and Ria Story will share strategies to increase the productivity of the employees you already have, create a pipeline of leaders, and develop a company culture that attracts and keeps new labor.
