The competitor has the complete freedom to design and create a women’s trend cut using a mannequin head.
This cut must show excellent workmanship in the technical haircutting skills and the stylist may use up to 3 colours including the base colour to enhance their cut.
The combination of technical excellence in the cut, supported by the colour and the quality of finishing are extremely important design elements in creating a winning look.
