Being the daughter of Dick Mous, the founder of Aquaflora, Esther was born into the aquarium plant business. Aquaflora was founded in 1965 and in 1995 Esther joined the family business. In her talk she will take you on an inspirational journey through her experiences, explain a bit about the amazing aquascaping community, how the aquarium hobby has been a positive influence on our lives and tell you about her view on the business side of the hobby.
