Bonding With Your Customers

Often times in running an aquarium store, the challenges lie not in the maintenance of the animals but in the maintenance of the customers’ needs. Some who come through the door come in with an open mind and are easy to bond with but what about the ones who are a challenge? Many times, these customers can become your best and most loyal if you can build that initial bond with them from the beginning.
