Orgill.com Shopping Integration with Eagle (Room Learning Center B)

This clinic introduces a new set of features within Epicor’s Eagle POS that allows Orgill Dealers to gain efficiency by being able to push and pull data into a Shopping Cart on Orgill.com. These new features will enable this general process:

  1. A Purchase Order (PO) is created in Eagle and transferred to a Shopping Cart on Orgill.com.
  2. From the Shopping Cart on Orgill.com, you can tweak the order based on item availability, program prices, and other buying opportunities.
  3. Once the order has been placed, a new Eagle process called “Reverse PO” will allow the Dealer to pull the updated version of the PO back into the Eagle system so that all changes are reflected in the open PO.

The Reverse PO process will also allow Dealers to transmit open PO’s to the Eagle system for PO’s that were submitted to Orgill, but were not originally created on Eagle--such as orders created from BrandBase or an eCommerce website.
